Supply of Goods and Services
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Upon receipt of an order, we will endeavour to supply you with the goods, but if the items you ordered are not available for any reason, we will not be liable. If there is a delay with your order or it cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified as soon as possible.
If you cannot find what you are looking for online, please contact us as our product range in store consists of over 10,000 different items and is constantly changing and growing. If there is an item you would like us to source for you, please email email@example.com.
The prices of products on our website may not be the same as the prices of the same products in our store.
All our stated prices and shipping are inclusive of GST.
We reserve the right to change any prices on our website at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to correct all errors and omissions (whether clerical, computational or otherwise) in any advertising, quotation, invoice or acknowledgement.
We will not be held responsible or liable for any inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information on our website.
If you purchase a product for an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel your order (regardless of whether you have made payment). Should this occur, we will refund the amount paid by you in relation to the cancelled order.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners credit cards. We also offer payment by internet banking / direct credit. All these options will be presented to you when checking out.
We also offer layby on all products over $100.00. We simply require a 20% deposit and regular weekly payments over 10 weeks. A 10% fee may be charged on cancellation of any item on layby. If you wish to set up a layby please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange this for you.
Shipping in New Zealand:
All orders over $100 are shipped free of charge.
All orders under $100 will be charged a flat fee of $6.00.
Auckland and North Island deliveries will take approximately 2 to 3 working days to deliver.
South Island deliveries will take approximately 3 to 5 working days to deliver.
NOTE: For XL items or at peak times (December 10th-21st) please allow 1-2 extra days for delivery.

Gift wrapping and Messages
Yes! We offer a gift wrapping service for $2.99 per product. When checking out on the website you will be able to choose whether or not you would like the product gift wrapped. If you select to have the product gift wrapped you will then be able to choose the type of wrapping you would like, from a selection of either baby, birthday, Christmas or plain. You will also have the option of sending a card with a personal message.
Please be aware that unfortunately, we are not able to gift wrap XL products.
At Toyco we want you to be happy with our service and the products you have received. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will either replace it or exchange it for a product of the same value, provided the goods are returned to us with proof of purchase in their original condition within 30 days from the date of receipt. Cost of return shipping shall be your responsibility
Products received as gifts are also eligible for exchange or credit, under the same conditions set out above.
Shipping and gift wrapping charges are not refundable.
If you believe that you have purchased a faulty product, please contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 09 8151033 so that we can ensure that we meet our obligations to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If the product is found to be faulty, we may issue a replacement item or if a suitable replacement is not available we may refund you the purchase price, less any shipping costs. If we decide the item should be returned to us, we will advise the arrangements for this.
If you acquire the product for business purposes, the guarantees and warranties in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply in respect of those products.

You will be asked to register if you would like to use some of the services and features we offer on our website. In order to register you will have to provide details including your name, address, telephone number and email address. When you register with us your information is stored securely & responsibly. Once you have logged in you can access your account directly to amend any personal details, for example if you change your address.
When you place an online order we use secure payment facilities to process all online credit card transactions. No credit card details are stored permanently by Toyco.
When you give us information, it may be used for:
- Customer service - we ask for your contact details, such as your e-mail address and telephone number, to enable us to answer any questions you have about using our website and to notify you about the status of your order. This allows us to process your transactions more efficiently, and ultimately, to give you an exceptional level of customer service.
- Direct marketing - we want to keep you up to date on our latest products, promotional offers and events. You will only receive updates on product lines if you have elected to receive them. They will contain the necessary information for you to opt out from receiving further updates.
