Click & Collect
How can I collect my order?
Once you've finished shopping, proceed to Check Out like normal. Under "Delivery Options" select the "Click & Collect" option (please ensure you have an email address listed).
We'll send you an email confirming we've received your order.
Once your order is ready for collection, we'll send you another email to confirm that you can pick it up from our St Lukes store.
Terms & Conditions
- Your order will usually be ready for collection on the same day of purchase, subject to availability.
- Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email to advise.
- No minimum or maximum purchase amount.
- Click & Collect orders have our normal returns policy. If your item is faulty, please contact us in the first instance. If you've changed your mind, simply return the package to us in its original unopened condition including all packaging and instructions within 30 days of purchase date.
- Click & Collect Orders are to be collected within 7 days from the date you are notified by email that your Order is ready for collection. If you are unable to collect your Order within this timeframe, please email us to request an extension (subject to availability). If your Order is not collected within this time, we may cancel your Order and issue a refund. An administration fee may apply in the instance where you fail to collect your goods within the required time frame.
- When collecting your order, you are required to supply a copy of your Click & Collect Notification email (printed or on your smart phone) and photo identification.
- If you are not personally able to collect your order, you may appoint a representative. The representative is required to supply a copy of your Click & Collect Notification email (printed or on their smart phone) and photo identification at the time of collection. You agree that we will be entitled to rely on the representative's instructions as if they were your own.
- Toyco reserves the right to change or discontinue Click & Collect service at any time, without notice.
