Celebrate iconic design with this charming double-decker London Bus, featuring a wealth of authentic details, including a bright-red color scheme, panoramic windshield, specially made standard-tread tires, destination sign, and an open rear boarding deck with a hand pole, ticket bin, fire extinguisher and a half-spiral staircase that leads to the upper sightseeing deck. Functions include an opening hood with engine, detailed driver's cab with a sliding door, and a removable roof and upper deck for access to the detailed interior with worn look seating and additional authentic details, including a forgotten umbrella, newspaper, empty beverage can and discarded chewing gum. Reversible transit advertising posters are also provided as printed labels with a 1950s or present-day London promotion. Lego - Awesome build!
Toyco was amazing! The shipping was very fast and the Lego was well packaged. The bus was an amazing build with a lot of interesting techniques. It took me a day to build with a one year old around. Awesome addition to my collection!

Fun with Lego
I bought the London Bus and the VW Van for my husband for Christmas this year. Toyco were amazing at getting it out to me within 2 days. Most other places had sold out so I was glad to find them and receive them so quickly. Great products.

Not a technical build but still really cool
I don't buy many new sets each year, I'm more a parts buyer, but this was one set I thought was very good looking. I'm not English or from the UK, have been there on holiday once so no real special connection to the bus, but I do think the red double decker bus is very iconic. The price I think is fair, high compared to the Saturn V, but that set is just amazing for the price. There are a lot of parts that will cost you a fortune via bricklink. The build is very repetitive in places but thats would you get when building two levels of seating. It is a easy build but definitely not just a standard City or normal creator build. There are a very interesting techniques used especially around the rare of the bus and it is one very pretty build. There is lots of detail and you can easily remove the roof or the whole second level. If you are thinking about it I would say grab it!
